The live edge planks not included. You may add your own planks throughout any of the rungs to create multiple levels.

Height to top rung when not extended is 66 inches – height to top rung at fully extended height is 120 inches.

There is a steel bar that lifts up inside the main center ladder that will lock the seven of the eight rungs of the central extension ladder to height increments up to the 120 inches maximum.
Originally intended for sign painting scaffold ladders
